I. Preferential Charge:

When Long-distance and Local Integrated Card user dials local phone and domestic long-distance call (excluding Hong Kong , Macao , and Taiwan ) locally, the charge shall be RMB 0.25/min uniformly regardless busy or non-busy time.

The charge for Long-distance and Local Integrated Card user receiving call locally shall be RMB 0.20/minute and RMB at non-busy time (20:00 to 09:00 second day and Saturday, Sunday, and national statutory holidays) and RMB 0.35/min at busy time (09:00 to 20:00).

II. Dialing Mode

。 Dial long-distance call (fixed phone at other cities): 96531 + domestic long-distance area code + fixed phone number (including little smart)

。 Dial local call (local fixed phone): 96531 + 010 + local fixed phone number (including little smart)

。 Dial mobile phone (local and intercity mobile phone): 96531 + mobile phone number

Friendly Warning:

User may recharge with full service prepaid card (service telephone number: 96533) and Ruyi Tong Recharging Card (service number: 1013088).

User may check account balance and valid period of service by dialing 1013089 with local phone free of charge.

Service charge preference will not be provided if user calls without prefixing with 96531 or dials special numbers prefixed with “1” and “9” (except for 17910, 17911, 193, and 1016060).

The valid period of full service prepaid card is the same as that of Ruyi Tong recharging card. The valid period of recharging service:

RMB 50 with a valid period of 90 days; RMB 100 with a valid period of 180 days; RMB 300 with a valid period of 360 days; RMB 500 with a valid period of 360 days. The maximum balance of each account is RMB 6,000 and the accumulative valid period should not exceed 18 months.

During the valid period of the phone number, if the Long-distance and Local Integrated card is lost or damaged, user can handle the replenishing procedures with Beijing Unicom Self-operated Business Department by presentation of user card. The phone number and account balance will be retained.
