1、If a new user does not select any short message package when he enters the network, the 15 yuan short message package will be enabled automatically. Please call 1013089 or go to Beijing Unicom’s own business halls for the change of short message package. The package will take effect the next month.

2、If a user chooses the Free Incoming Call function, his short message charge is 0.1 yuan/piece to China Unicom users and 0.15 yuan/piece to non-Unicom users. The short message charge of the users who do not select the Free Incoming Call function is 0.1yuan/piece, regardless of the network.

Note: If the user does not choose the Free Incoming Call function, his local call charge is 0.25 yuan/ minute for making a call and 0.1 yuan/minute for answering a call. The charge when roaming in China is 0.6 yuan/minute (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

III. Preferential charge for outgoing call to or Roaming in familiarity province

Users may set a province that he calls to regularly except Beijing (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) as the “Familiarity Province”. After the setting is successful:

1、DDD（domestic direct dialing）0.21 yuan/minute: When a user dials a number in the familiarity province directly, local call charge +long distance fee (excluding special numbers)
2、Domestic roaming direct dialing 0.43yuan/minute: when roaming in the familiarity province, roaming charge + long distance charge(excluding special numbers)

Subscription way: Send the short message “QQS”+ area code or province name to “1065581234”, and the function will be enabled (For example, a user may set Shandong Province as the familiarity province by sending “QQS0531”or “QQS山东” ).

IV. Automatic roaming in Hong Kong

  Both old and new users of U-Power can roam in Hong Kong automatically without application.

2、Convenient dialing There is no need to change the card or number. The dialing way in Hong Kong is the same as that in the mainland.
3、Caring service Just call 10010 for any communication problems in Hong Kong.
