Uni-Online IP Telephone Card Service
Uni-Online service is a broadband voice service developed on the basis of Unicom Uni-Video network. User adopts dedicated line or Internet to access Uni-Video network; the terminal adopts the mode of IAD/U-PHONE/IP PHONE/PC, etc. Charge mode includes post-paid and prepaid book-keeping modes.
Prepaid bookkeeping card is divided into ID card and recharge card. ID card has no Value but provides information such as user number, password, GK address, etc.; recharge card is used for recharging ID card.
I. Access Mode
(1) IAD / IP PHONE access mode:
Adopt IP PHONE/IAD + traditional analog telephone mode, provide economic, convenient broadband long-distance voice service to enterprises and government departments; at the same time, work out the voice service in varied strategies for users.

(2) PC terminal access mode
Adopt PC + soft terminal mode, provide economic, convenient broadband long-distance voice service to enterprises and government departments; at the same time, work out the voice VPN in varied strategies for users.

II. Dialing Mode of Various Terminals
(1) IAD/IP PHONE / USB PHONE dialing mode:
Direct dialing, domestic long-distance: called long-distance area code + called number
International long-distance: called country code + area code + called number
Intercity Unicom mobile phone: called number
(2) PC soft terminal use and dialing mode
- Download and install soft terminal application program developed by Unicom or developed cooperatively and passed through test and being selected.
- Activate and run soft terminal application program, fill in related configuration data: gateway address, GK address, E164 number and authentication password (H.323ID) (configuration is required for first use, later on just dialing directly without configuration)
- Pay attention to obtaining online prompt information after completing system registration
Conduct direct dial according to the practice of ordinary telephone.

The charge of Uni-Online IP phone service during promotion period shall follow the following standard:

IV. Network Access Mode of Uni-Online IP Phone Card User
1. User buys Uni-Online prepaid ID card and recharge card at Unicom service hall or other sales points.
2. User configures the telephone number, password, and other parameters on Uni-Online prepaid ID card on the Uni-Online telephone terminal passed through Unicom network access test.
