Uni-Video Video Phone Card Service is a China Unicom video private network-based prepaid video phone service that provides the opportunity of face-to-face communication with your friends and relatives in remote areas.
China Unicom Uni-Video telephone card service adopts the mode of ID card + recharge card. ID card provides the telephone number and password of Uni-Video telephone card. ID card has no Value and can only be used after recharging. Recharge card recharges ID card. User can use this service just through broadband network access (broadband network cable or ADSL, bandwidth at 128Kb and above).
I. Access Mode
User terminal can be accessed through dedicated line access Unicom Uni-Video video network or Internet. At present, the terminals in Taiwan and other countries are accessed through Internet. Unicom Uni-Video video network and Unicom 193, 133, and other voice networks are interconnected through voice gateway and propositioned machine. Video terminal may dial ordinary telephone and mobile phone.

II. Method of Use of Uni-Video Video Phone Card
1. Point-to-point video phone
User may directly dial the video terminal number of the other on video phone (user number: 1012xxxxxxx or 1014xxxxxxx).
Generally video terminal is available with address book. User may add the video terminal number frequently dialed to address book and just select the called terminal from address book for future dialing.
2. Operating instructions on dialing fixed line/mobile phones
(1) Dial fixed line phone.
Use may directly dial area code + phone number;
(2) Dial mobile phone.
Dial provincial mobile phone: Use may directly dial called mobile phone
Dial inter-provincial mobile phone: Use may directly dial 0 + called mobile phone;
III. Service Charge of Uni-Video Video Telephone Card
The charge of video phone service during promotion period shall follow the following standard:

IV. Network Access Mode of Uni-Video Telephone Card User
1. User buys Uni-Video prepaid ID card and recharge card at Unicom service hall or other sales points.
2. User configures the telephone number, password, and other parameters on Uni-Video prepaid ID card on the Uni-Video telephone terminal passed through Unicom network access test.
