Service Introduction

 

Unicom enterprise e-mail service provides enterprise internal manageable mailbox to enterprise-class users. Enterprise mailbox system can classify e-mail boxes into tree-shaped hierarchical structure by level to keep consistent with the common leveled administrative structure in enterprise. In this way, it can provide manageable e-mail to enterprises effectively.

1. Virtual domain name
The composite account and its subordinate accounts may be corresponded to an independent virtual domain name, realizing the switchover between virtual domain name and composite account. For example, the e-mail address user.acompany@aimc.com can be represented by user.acompany@aimc.com through conversion or through appropriate DNS configuration, the e-mail with existing domain acompany.com is directly processed by mail system.

2. Free management of sub-mailbox
Each mailbox including sub-mailbox can set up sub-mailbox. The maximum quantity of sub-mailbox under each mailbox can be managed by the higher-level mailbox user. If no higher-level mailbox, it will be set by system manager.

3. Mail sharing
In enterprise, it is very common that many people share a single mailbox. The mail default of parent mailbox shall be received by parent mailbox user. Through the setting of parent mailbox user, some sub-mailbox users can obtain the copies of some mails in parent mailbox (single copy).

4. Space management
The size of mailbox may be limited by higher-level mailbox user. The storage limit of parent mailbox includes the storage limit of all subordinate mailboxes. In case that the storage of mailbox is overloaded and new mail arrives, Unicom e-mail system may delete the mails in recycle bin automatically according to the setting of user, then the mails under the directory of mails sent until the mailbox has sufficient space to accommodate new mail. Each mailbox user may set mailbox overloading warning function at its discretion, such as sending short warning message when the remaining space of mailbox is less than 20%.

5. Multi-level mail filtration
The mail received by sub-account can be set as processing according to the rule of parent account filtration first, which is equivalent to the enterprise-class mail filtration function, uniformly preventing the attack of Spam mails.

6. System statistics information
Complete service statistics information: The manager for enterprise account can completely control the use of the sub-accounts under its control through this function, such as quantity of e-mail sent, flow, times of logon, etc., which is helpful for better internal management of enterprise account.
