IP Phone Calling Registration Service refers to that user uses Unicom IP telephone service by dialing 17911 + area code + long-distance called number after applied Unicom 17911 service through the direct dialing phone via public network. This registration service relieves the trouble of dialing card number and password and is applicable to large and medium-sized enterprises and public institutions as well as household users.
Opening Procedures and Way of Payment
Users of mobile 130 network and CDMA 133 network can open Unicom IP7911 telephone service without application. The service charge will be paid together with mobile phone service charge.
Household fixed line telephone user may handle the opening formalities with Unicom service hall and pay service charge at Unicom payment point on a monthly basis.
Unit fixed line telephone user may apply such service through Unicom agents who provide visiting service free of charge. The service charge may be paid by bank collection or paid at Unicom payment points.
