In accordance with practices, if the international roaming users present complaints, the first complaint place shall be the home carrier. If China Unicom CDMA users need to present complaints and consult when using international roaming service, please contact the customer service center of China Unicom to obtain assistance. In case of at abroad, the user can dial China Unicom international roaming customer service special telephone (international access code) 8613010199999, which provides 724-hour free services (only limited to dialing by the user’s roaming number) for China Unicom international roaming users. The user also can dial(international access code) 86 (domestic long distance area code) 10010 to obtain the 724-hour services supplied by the home Unicom corporation, but dialing of this number shall be charged expenses from users based on normal international roaming charging principle.
