To facilitate C and G network post-payment users to apply for international long-distance and international roaming service, our company unifies the deposit payment standard for post-payment users of C and G network to apply for international roaming. Meanwhile, we add prepaid royalty application to open international long-distance and international roaming service. Information of relevant services is as follows:

 

I.         Apply for international long-distance and international roaming service by means of paying deposit: open of international roaming (including international long-distance) service, post-payment users (including domestic and foreign users) of C and G network shall once pay RMB 1,000 Yuan as the deposit for international roaming. If only opening international long-distance service, the users shall also once pay RMB 500 Yuan as the deposit for international long-distance service. Canceling international long-distance or international roaming service, users shall take the original deposit invoice and original effective certificates to our company’s self-support office to handle deposit returning procedures (cooperative office shall not handle deposit returning procedures) within designated period (refer to note 1).

 

II.       Apply for international long-distance and international roaming service by means of prepaid royalty: when the account balance is more than 200Yuan, the post-payment users (including domestic and foreign users) of C and G network can apply for international long-distance service and are free of deposit for international roaming service; when the account balance is more than 500Yuan, the users can apply for international roaming (including international long-distance)service and are free of deposit for international roaming service. After opening of international long-distance and international roaming service, when the account balance is no more than 200Yuan (or no more than 500Yuan), the account balance cannot be returned to the users. In the event that users require returning balance, users shall close international long-distance and international roaming service and then collect the balance from our company’s self-support office within designated period (refer to note 1). If the account balance is more than 200Yuan (or more than 500Yuan), the balance exceeding 3,000 Yuan (or 5,000 Yuan) can be returned to users.

 

Note 1: applying for canceling international long-distance service, users shall go to the office to handle deposit returning procedures seven days as of application presented;  applying for canceling international roaming service, users shall go to the office to handle deposit returning procedures 30 days as of application presented
