Instruction of the Service of Beijing Unicom Mobile Mailbox to Customize Detailed Billing List

 

Dear users of mobile mailbox,

 

You are welcome to use the on-line service of Beijing Unicom Mobile Mailbox (Beijing local Lucky Mailbox) to freely customize detailed billing list of mobile phone free of charge. Please read the following contents carefully before customization:  

 

1.         We provide free phone bill service for all CDMA and GSM mobile mailbox post-payment users. If you need to further understand the detailed billing list of your mobile phone, we can provide for you freely but you shall customize in advance. When you customize detailed billing list, we will send the monthly phone bill and detailed billing list of your mobile phone to you mobile mailbox freely, in which the original text is the phone bill and the attachment is the detailed billing list.

 

2.         If you customize or cancel detailed billing list service by the last day (excluding the last day) of the month, we will provide or cancel the service from the second month.

 

3.         Upon customization of detailed billing list, your mobile mailbox will receive the e-mail of phone bill and detailed billing list by the 15^th day of each month, and meanwhile, we will send a short message to you to inform you that the detailed billing list has been sent to you mailbox. In the event that you have cancelled the service of prompting you of new e-mail, we will not send short message for notice.

 

4.         The detailed billing list inquiry result provided by the phone bill customization system of Beijing Unicom Mobile Mailbox is only supplied for reference and shall not act as the effective legal evidence. If the inquiry result provided by this system is different from notice of your actual payment, your actual payment notice or the original phone bill record at the office counter shall be executed.

 

5.         Please change the password automatically set by the system when you apply the mobile mailbox. Please timely exit identity verification or close browser when you finish the on-line service function of mobile mailbox. Please do not lend your mobile phone to others to prevent others from getting your mobile mailbox password through your mobile phone. Please keep your pass word and avoid disclosing the detailed billing list of your mobile phone and other individual privacy.

 

6.         Ruyitong and Ruyi 133 users (users of prepaid payment) adopt real-time deducting method, so detailed billing list information cannot be provided temporarily. Please forgive!
