Introduction of call manager service

“Call manager” is a kind of voice value-added service which is provided for Beijing Unicom’s CDMA users and GSM post-payment users based on call transferring function. Registered users transfer missed call to “call manager” service platform, which can realize two main functions: I, registered users can timely obtain missed call information by short message; II, registered users can independently choose to timely inform the calling party of the opening information of this phone by short message.

With the call manager, you cannot miss any missed call, and you can timely inform the calling party if the opening information of this phone by short message to keep in touch.

I. “Call manager” function instruction

1. Prompt of missed call

“Call manager” service is a kind of mobile phone value-added service based on short message. When the registered user switches off the mobile phone or is inconvenient to receive the call, the missed call number and time will be sent to the user’s mobile phone by short message to remind the user to recall missed call.

2. Logon notice

When you dial one’s mobile phone (call manager registered user), it always happens that he or she cannot be contacted temporarily arising from logon in meeting or logon by failure of electricity. The information can be informed to the calling party at the first time when the other party switches on the mobile phone to facilitate the calling party to contact the called party timely. 

1. Short message acceptance service (open/ close) method

Open method:

Register monthly service: edit a short message “ZC” and send to 8123

Register piece service: edit a short message “ZT” and send to 8123

Cancel method:

Cancel monthly service: edit a short message “ZX” and send to 8123

Cancel piece service: edit a short message “QX” and send to 8123

2. MUSIC STREET voice acceptance service (open/ close) method

Dial “10156123” and you can open or cancel call manager service in light of voice prompt.
Notice: when operation in light of voice prompt is finished, the mobile phone will receive help short message. Please complete open or cancel operation based on the contents of help short message.

3. WEB acceptance service (open/ close) method

Log in the home page of call manager service 8123.m165.com, and you can open or cancel call manager service.

Special notice:

1. When call manager service is opened, you must set the switch-off/ out-of service area call transferring number of your mobile phone to be 01010156123 to use this service. When call manager service is cancelled, you shall accordingly cancel call transferring number 01010156123 of your mobile phone.

2. When call manager service is opened, logon information of you mobile phone gives tacit consent to inform the calling party. If you want to shut the logon notice function, please send JZ to 8123. Consult 010-84473873 for more detailed service information.

III. How to charge for “call manager”?

1) Information fee of call manager service is divided in to two methods, customization by month and customization by piece, customization by month: 5Yuan /month; customization by piece: 0.2 Yuan/ piece.

2) Using of call manager service, users are free of communication fee of short message.

3) Call transferring charge arising from users’ setting of call transferring to 01010156123 shall be charged based on the current call transferring charge standard.

4) If C and G network users dial number “10156123”in Beijing, the local call charge shall be collected from users in accordance with our company’s current mobile phone service charge standard (for C network customization [retail investors, group] users who accessed to internet as of August 15, 2004, G network monthly payment users and monthly payment Ruyitong users who accessed to internet as of June 20, 2005, local call hours contained in package should eliminate the local call hours arising from dialing the number).

5) If C and G network users dial “010+10156123” number out of the local place, roaming call charge and long-distance call charge shall be collected from users based on our company’s current mobile phone service roaming charge standard.
