Send and receive short message: when the calling party dials 10198 or the registered customer mobile phone calls 10198, the customer representative send short message to registered customer or call the registered customer and the registered customer uses mobile phone to receive short message. Inquiry of information: the registered customer can inquire manual short message situation by dialing 10198. Represent to send message: the registered customer dials 10198 to ask customer representative to send other unregistered mobile phone customer (single or group). This function helps customers to leave out the trouble of inputting on the small keys of mobile phone. 

2) Personal data assistant service

Schedule arrangement: The registered customer calls 10198 to set personal schedule arrangement in advance and the mobile secretary system will automatically send a short message to the customer’s mobile phone to remind the customer of the schedule arrangement based on the customer’s fixed time. Message: when the customer’s mobile phone number changes or the customer takes a trip and makes other important notices, the registered customer can call 10198 to complete the message function to inform his or her friends. Address book: the registered customer stores the contents of his or her address book to 10198 mobile secretary system and can calls 10198 at any time to inquire the contents of his or her address book, which helps the customer to leave out the trouble to input and look for calling card. Call transfer: the registered customer can transfer any call within designated time limit to designated telephone or 10198 Secretary System, helping you to realize selective call. Inquiry of missed call: when the registered customer transfers call to 10198 Secretary System, the 10198 Secretary System will send the call by short message to the registered customer’s mobile phone.   

3) Information service

Taking advantage of mobile phone convenient to carry and message convenient to send and other characteristics, 10198 Mobile Secretary System will provide the registered customer with timely news, securities, entertainment and life and other aspects information. The registered customer can adopt two methods of customization or program ordering: dial 10198 for manual customization, send a short message to 8189 for mobile phone customization. It will provide the following information to you: weather forecast, news champion, financial highlights, happiness general mobilization, quick wit, short message space, detective training camp, new audio, clothes information, beauty manual, auto world, love story, football broadcast, welfare lotteries, sport lotteries, Skill Ball Bingo, building information, Mobile Stock Exchange, sports bulletin, English 365, occupational gas station and living index, etc.

4) Inquiry of mobile information (mobile 114 inquiry)

Provide service of inquiry of mobile phone number for common customers. This function shall be opened by mobile phone customers or enterprise through registration (providing name, mobile phone, telephone, fax and e-mail).

5) Other services

10198 can provide registered customers with billing inquiry, inquiry of breach of regulations, ticket ordering, room ordering, car rescue, lock repairing and unlocking and so on.

6) Service transaction

Function application / cancellation: mobile phone customers can apply mobile secretary system function by the following two means: application by telephone and application in business hall. A, application by telephone: the customer dials the special service number 10198 and notifies the mobile phone number to the customer representative who answers the phone, and the customer representative opens this service to the customer all the time through secretary system as well as sending confirmation information and service instruction to the mobile phone. Confirmation information: “you are welcome to choose 10198 Unicom Secretary System, original password XXXX, monthly function royalty 15 Yuan. Input and dial *9201010198 when call method is standby. Consultation telephone is 10198” this service shall be successfully applied upon password confirmation of the customer with the customer representative. B, application in business hall: the customer can go to Unicom business hall to apply this function. Upon the customer’s filling of 10198 Secretary System’s registration form and the clerk’s material verification, this service will be provided for the customer all the time. 

7) Charge standard

Unicom mobile secretary service adopts monthly payment. Customers who apply mobile secretary will be charge 15 Yuan per month. Customization of weather forecast by registered customers of mobile secretary is free of charge, but other information shall be charged accordingly; all information applied by non-registered customers of mobile secretary shall pay information fee.
