Free Incoming Call Policy of “ L&D Card”(Long Distance and Domestic Call Card)
I. Local Call Charge Adjustment of “L&D Card” Users:
1. When “L&D card” users add “96531” to make local calls or domestic long distance calls (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), the charging standard changes from 0.35 Yuan /min at busy hours and 0.20 Yuan/min at leisure hours to 0.25 Yuan/min all the time. If they do not dial 96531, the charge is 0.54 Yuan/min.
2. There is a difference in the charge of L&D card” users answering calls locally between the busy hours and leisure hours. Leisure hours are adjusted to 20:00 to 9:00 the next day, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays; busy hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. The charging standard does not change: 0.35 Yuan/min at busy hours and 0.20 Yuan at leisure hours.
