III. Warm reminder

    1. The agreement lasts for 24 months.

    2. When a new user chooses one of the above packages to enter the network, he may be offered a post-paid CDMA SIM card for free. The old users may handle the above packages with their original numbers.

    3. The practical function will be enabled the next month after the user subscribes the “Nice Phone Package ”. He can use it directly without any operation. During the agreed network staying period, the user may not cancel the CRBT function, UNI package or mobile stock package. The practical function charge is included in the monthly minimum consumption assessment. After the agreed network staying period ends, you may apply for the cancellation of the practical function. Otherwise, the functions will retain.

    4. Monthly minimum consumption amount means the lowest sum the user should consume besides the audio information charge, information charge, international long distance charge and international roaming service charge that are collected by Unicom but belong to the content providers. If the user’s actual monthly consumption amount is higher than the monthly minimum consumption amount, the actual consumption amount will be charged; if the actual amount is lower, the monthly minimum consumption amount will be charged.

    5. As special prepaid call charge, the free call charge is put into the participant users’ accounts month by month and cannot be refunded. From the next month after the users apply for the service to the end of the agreed network staying period, corresponding money (depending on the level) will be put into the users’ account month by month.

    6. After the agreed network staying period ends, the users who have prepaid their deposits may go to Beijing Unicom’s own business halls to go through the procedures of returning their deposits.

    7. In the agreed network staying period, the user’s consumption amount cannot get bonus points. The original points in his account can be used normally.

IV. Handling ways

     Both old and new users may subscribe “Nice Phone Package” in Beijing Unicom’s own business halls with their valid ID certificates. New users may also handle the business of “Prepaying Call Charge for a Nice Phone” in the cooperative business halls or authorized distributors of Beijing Unicom.

    Starting from February 6, 2008, as long as prepaid users of Beijing Unicom C Network prepay a small amount of call charge, they may buy MOTO, LG and Samsung mobile phones with mobile stock function (which cost over 1000 yuan originally) at a very low price (as low as 399 yuan). The number is limited and the phones are sold on the first-come-first-served basis.

I. Activity object

    Both old and new users of C Network prepaid users (except those who have applied for the business of prepaying fee and renting a phone, “Getting 720 yuan call charge for purchase of 1000-yuan phone” or “99 Package”  )

II. Activity policy:

    When the user buys the designated CDMA cell phone package, he will be offered a designated mobile phone and a certain sum of prepaid use fee, which will be put into this account in 24 months. There are three levels of packages and the details are as follows:

III. Warm reminder

    1. When an old user handles this service, his phone account must be in the valid period.

    2. Starting from the next month after a new user activates his card or an old user handles this service, the prepaid use charge will be put into his account at the third of each month in 24 months. Please make sure that your mobile phone account is in the valid or charging period. Otherwise, you will not receive the free call charge that month and it will be supplemented to you afterwards.

    Note: The system needs a certain period to process. If the new user activates his card at 20：00-24：00 on the last day of the month, it is likely that he cannot receive the free charge the next month.

    3. The prepaid use fee that is put into the user’s account month by month will not change the user account status and the account valid date. Please charge it in time to ensure that your account is in the valid period.

    4. Use of CRBT:

    From the month when the prepaid use fee is activated, the CRBT function will be offered to you for 24 months and you cannot cancel that function during the period.
If the user’s original effective package contains CRBT (such as practical function package, including group CRBT), another 5 yuan of prepaid use fee will be offered to the him each month.

    After the agreement ends, the users who have downloaded new ring tones will keep the CRBT function and pay another 5 yuan/month for the function fee from the next month. If the users have always used the acquiesced ring tone, their CRBT function will be cancelled the next month after the agreement ends.

    5. Use of UNI package: From the month after the prepaid use fee is activated, the user must use UNI package for 24 months (or mobile stock promotion package) and pay the package fee. He cannot cancel the UNI package.
If the user has been using UNI flow package (or mobile stock promotion package) before the “99 Super Package” takes effect, his original package will be retained and charged as usual.

    If a user does not apply for any UNI flow package (or mobile stock promotion package) before the “99 Super Package” takes effect, UNI5 package will be automatically enabled by the system and corresponding fee will be charged from the month when the prepaid call charge is activated.

    During the agreement, the user may change the types of UNI flow package (or mobile stock promotion package), but cannot cancel it.
After the user completes the agreement, the UNI flow package (or mobile stock promotion package) will be retained. Those who wish to cancel the UNI package (or mobile e stock promotion package) may do it through self-service.

    6. This activity is not compatible to other mobile phone subsidy policies (such as C Network prepaying fee and renting a phone, “Getting 720 yuan call charge for purchase of a phone” or “99 Package”).

    7. All gift packages sold are non-refundable.

    8. The user may choose any of the current prepaid charge policies of C Network.

IV. Handling ways

    1. Old users: Handle in Beijing Unicom’s own business halls with their original numbers. 

     2. New users: Handle in Beijing Unicom’s own business halls, cooperative business halls or authorized distributors.
