To express its gratitude to the numerous customers who always support Beijing Unicom, Beijing Unicom Customer Club was officially set up on July 19, 2003, the 9th anniversary of China Unicom at the unified planning and deployment of the headquarters of China Unicom.
Beijing Unicom provides customer club members with various inter-communication and extra-communication services. The inter-communication services include client manager one-to-one service, VIP service center dedicated reception and agent service, business hall dedicated counter service, call center dedicated seat service, emergent shutdown or boot service, providing spare mobile phone free of charge, reissuing or changing the SIM card free of charge, etc. Extra-communication services are more "humane". VIP customers can enjoy all the conveniences on "clothing, food, housing, transportation," kinship and preferential services: Greetings and good wishes on birthday, major festivals by means of e-mail, cake or flowers; green channel service on the airports, railway stations and customs nationwide; discounts and high-quality services in stores that have cooperation relationship with China Unicom, covering hotels, airline tickets, catering, tourism, exploration, fitness, photography, beauty treatment, shopping, high-end leisure, checkup, housekeeping, auto club, and so on.
By July 2004, the number of units that have signed service contracts with Beijing Unicom has reached more than 70, with more than 100 service outlets. There will be more cooperation units soon to provide more thorough and comprehensive services for our distinguished customers. There are more than 9,000 China Unicom service league units all over the country, so that all the members will be able to enjoy more preferential treatment and distinguished social status more conveniently in every part of China.
